things one can experience on an AFS program abroad. AFS offers over 100 different
programs in 55 countries. Spend a summer, semester or year overseas! There are high
school programs for students ages 15-18 as well as University and community service
programs for students 18-24. Financial aid based on need, merit, and/or program country
is available. Through an AFS program you will be more than a tourist. By being a part of
a host family, you will learn the culture from within. You will experience daily life
in your host country, the best way to learn what makes every country special.
